Kevin Conway and Christopher Duncan briefly met at a seminar in 1994, shortly after graduating college. Several years later, they reconnected as co-workers while at the same firm.
Although they both left that employment in search of other opportunities, they remained in touch. Then, in 2014, Kevin and Christopher became business partners, establishing Conway Duncan Inc. (CDI) in Springfield, Missouri.
Since then, CDI has completed hundreds of commercial and industrial projects locally and throughout the United States.
In 2019, CDI remodeled a nearly 100-year-old historic building and moved operations to downtown Springfield. CDI continued its growth in 2021 by opening an office in Fort Worth, TX, expanding its team and reach across the country.
